Staying in Touch

Communication between residents, families and staff is essential. Both Val and Cheryl provide that vital link. They are both licensed social workers with your needs as their goal.

All managers have direct-dial telephone numbers available for use Monday through Friday. Each also has an email address should you favor that method of communication.

We encourage families and residents to attend care conferences for updates on resident care. Each of our disciplines – nursing, therapeutic recreation (activities), therapy, dietary and social service – have input into care conferences for each resident.

Each resident is assigned a charge nurse 24 hours-a-day so you may call or visit in person regarding any care concerns.
