St. Anthony Heath Care Center’s dining and nutritional service is dedicated to offering delicious meals and a superior dining experience. Our talented staff consists of a licensed food service director, a registered dietitian, and a trained, caring team of people eager to make your dining experience pleasurable.

We pride ourselves on our meals. Our professional chef prepares all meals daily using fresh ingredients in a creative manner that looks and tastes great. Regional food preferences and resident favorites are included in our meal planning.

Residents also get to enjoy special holiday menus and theme meals featuring cuisine, décor, and entertainment from another region of the country or world.

Our clinical services are designed to allow for the highest quality of life within your health parameters. Our Registered Dietitian is available to meet with residents or family members to discuss diet preferences and therapeutic diet restrictions.
