Marcia Lindig, Executive Director

I am the Executive Director at St. Anthony Health Center. I am so happy to be a part of this lovely community. St. Anthony feels very much like a small town to me, which puts me right at home. I grew up in a village (yes, it’s called a village, just like St. Anthony) by the name of Richwood, which is 12 miles north of Detroit Lakes, Minnesota. After high school, I attended college at the University of Minnesota in another small town called Morris before heading for the hustle and bustle of the Twin Cities.

I’ve worked in long-term care for 14 years, and have had the pleasure to do many different things including medical records, staffing, and admissions before I began managing assisted living and skilled nursing communities. I have a master’s degree in health and human services administration and am a licensed nursing home administrator.

My husband and I will be celebrating our first wedding anniversary in June. We live with our two cats, Coco and Tux. I love to play card and table games (especially Scrabble and 500!). I also enjoy reading and going to the theatre and I am currently trying to learn to speak German.

Please contact me any time you have questions about our warm and inviting community!
