I am a graduate of Colorado State University with a BS degree in Food Science and Nutrition, Dietetics Option. I did a Dietetic Traineeship at Presbyterian Medical Center in Denver, Colorado.

I have worked in long term care as a Clinical Dietitian and Food Service Manager for over 20 years as a Dietitian. I enjoy working in the long term care setting because I enjoy getting to know the residents and become familiar with their dietary needs, etc.

I enjoy cooking as a hobby and strive to serve the best quality food we can to the residents.
